About Silvana Perfetti

With more than twenty-year experience in Human Capital services and Corporate Governance, I joined Deloitte in 2015 to support the growth of the Human Capital area with new competences and clients. Since June 2023 I am Consulting People & Purpose Leader in Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM), working together with the whole Deloitte network to empower people through learning, up- and re-skilling, engagement initiatives, DE & I projects. In June 2024 I was appointed DCM Chair and from 2022 I am North & South Europe Board member. My role on the market is to support our clients in the development of Human Capital and Workforce Planning Strategies in line with the main business transformation processes and game changers, such as Sustainability, Digital, Future of work, etc. As senior Human Capital Partner, I am actually responsible for projects related to: workforce transformation, learning strategy, job architecture, salary benchmarks, equity based incentive plan, diversity equity and inclusion strategy, specifically in Financial Services Industry and Public Administration. Thanks to a solid experience in remuneration policies, I am also Independent Advisor for some Remuneration Committees, defining remuneration strategies and policies aligned with the risk profile that support sustainable performance and long-term value creation, engaging proxy advisors or other external stakeholders. In Deloitte I contributed to the launch of the Boardroom Program in the local market and the development of services for the Board. I am also Responsible for the MDMO Corporate Governance. Based in Milan, I am passionate about people, kindness, nature and dogs. My personal motto is: “I smile at life”.
