About Silvana Weber

I’m a researcher, trainer, and coach with a focus on social, media, and health psychology. My mission is to translate scientific insights into practical tools that help individuals and organizations grow—personally and professionally—while fostering healthier, more effective environments. At the Center for Leadership and People Management (LMU Munich), I lead workshops on leadership and personal development, supporting a culture of collaboration and positive leadership across the university. I also conduct research on work and organizational psychology and supervise PhD students. As a systemic consultant, I also work as a coach and advisor, helping clients inside and outside the university to navigate challenges and unlock their potential. In parallel, I’m a postdoctoral fellow at the Human-Computer-Media Institute (University of Würzburg), where I’m pursuing my habilitation in psychology. My academic journey includes extensive experience in university teaching, student supervision, and research—ranging from quantitative methods and project planning to securing funding and publishing. Beyond academia, I’ve worked in the startup sector, consulting early-stage companies on applied research and development, including translational science and validation studies.
