About Silvano Codenotti

I am a Product Manager, I ensure that the company understands its customers and creates the best possible and useful products for them. Previously I worked as product designer and R&D with the in-house product development team, and I still do on the most important projects. 14 years continuosly challenging myself translates now in cross-functional abilities between product design, online sales development, project and product management and marketing strategy. I have extended work experience in managing new product development since the preliminary design up to the first production line batch of consumer goods. The creativity that I bring to my works comes from all the experiences that have enriched my life. Travel has been a major influence and a constant reminder that there is no 'one' solution and helped me become a creative problem solver. Something about what I love: travel, non-dubbed TV series and movies, music, K-pop and K-drama lover.
