In my role as Economist at the OECD Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation, I am responsible for the measurement and analytical work on public support for R&D and innovation, including R&D tax incentives and public procurement of innovation. I also contributed to analytical work on the mobility of scientific researchers. Before joining the OECD in 2012, I worked as a consultant on private-equity and telecommunications projects, and contributed to research projects on patent and trademark filings at the Institute for Innovation and Technology Management, University of Munich. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and PhD in Economics from the University of Munich.
