Background

About Silvia Crespi

I worked for the last twenty years with different responsibilities for two main areas in CESVI Fondazione HQ, an International NGO based in Italy, Bergamo. Soon after the beginning of my career, I occupied managerial roles in different sectors of the International Cooperation with a particular focus on operations, management, human resources and procurement. I have a solid international work experience in managing complex programmes, international procurement, conflict and negotiating management skills and a sound experience in managing large teams. Furthermore, my significant experience in the sector of humanitarian programmes, a strong motivation, a good time management as well as the ability to be organized, flexible and work under stress, make me capable to meet deadlines even in particular tough conditions or challenging environments. This, coupled with the necessary patience, zeal and dedication, have been the ingredients that helped me achieve important objectives in my work.
