About Silvia Giobbi

Proposal Manager with a long experience in the telco environment, managing large projects with high complexity, working under pressure, in autonomy, to maintain tight deadlines. The deployment of complex projects brought out my flexible working approach with a practical attitude and strong negotiation skills. I coordinate the preparation of offers from end-to-end, applying a project management approach: requirements definition, bid team engagement and project planning. I am also involved in the selection of suppliers and preparation of Partnership Agreement, in collaboration with Procurement and the Legal Department. For me it is important to ensure a good quality proposal, which mitigates risks, prepared within the deadline, adhering to technical and budgetary customer requirements. Thanks to my involvement in international projects, I had the chance to manage and mobilize large groups of people internationally and virtually, and to adapt my approach to different cultures
