About Silvia Gonzalez

Ambitious, Adventurous and Optimistic. Growing up my parents provided valuable lessons on ambition and self motivation. Whenever I started to set goals for myself or try a new sport they always told me "ponte las pilas" which translates to put your batteries on or it's time to get motivated. My ambition has lead me to be an Events Intern at ipsy, a Zone Manger at Generation Beauty and a Creative/Events Intern at Small Girls PR. Through these internship experience I have learn the importance of interpersonal communication skills, detailed organizational skills and adaptability because anything can happen at an event. Summer 2017, I was very fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study abroad in Florence, Italy. I was really motivated to tap into my adventurous personality and try something I've never done before which was to travel outside of the United States by myself. This experience taught me that it's okay to tap into our interests that are outside of our comfort zone. I am a huge believer in the law of attraction so whatever you send out comes back to you. Therefore, I choose to always be optimistic even if things don't always work out in your favor. The optimism I have allows me to remain positive, perform better, provide great customer service and be a ray of sunshine in the work environment. These three words embody who I am and what I bring to your company.
