About Silvia Grappi
My primary research interests are in the areas of consumer behavior and branding. My current research explores consumers’ negative emotions toward brands, consumption of counterfeit luxury goods, consumer reactions to corporate offshoring, consumer reactions to CSR, and consumer reactions to different corporate post-crisis communication strategies. My work has been published in various international journals and edited volumes. I currently teach Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior courses.
