I highlight in between many other things, my Master in HR Management and the others in Labor Law Audit and Labor Relationships. Soft Skills: Periodically, yeraly, I reskill myself in matters linked to Talent Management and Development, Communication, Digitalization, in People Management methodologies or in Communication new trends; I really like all those fields and is for sure that those are in which I can add value to the company. I know how to well perform and adapt success cases and how to reply new learnings for different kind of companies or activities. My Best: I am specialized on Corporate Communication, HR Analytics and Digital Talent. I am really comfortable in Agile environments, Advance Management and participating in innovative projects. Nowadays, I am recoverig some former projects linked to Business and Digital Marketing with the aim of more eficiently incorporate them to the People Department. I am also deeping in new HR Agile methodologies trying to boost myself once more. WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING From my near 20 years of professional career, I highlight a first stage dedicated to the corporate Organization and to set suitable Labor Relationships. I also was very focused to HR Departments sizing and proffesionalization And one following stage, based on strong technical management and labor relationships. However, it has been more oriented to impulse Organization Transformation Projects, Branding or to Corporate Social Responsibility. Also to Cultural transformation projects, Communication Plans or Marketing aplied to People department. NEW CHALLENGES I like creative and dynamic projects in which People, Communication and People Experience are the protagonists. I look forward provoke any positive impacts anyhow and anywhere.
