About Silvia Morais

I am an experienced executive and leading thinker in the field of corporate, individual and family philanthropy. After a transition from the financial sector 25 years ago, I built a career where I led from the governance, team leadership and institutional relations to the programmatic part of Brazilian, Latin and international organizations. My personal brand as a professional in this sector is working with strategy, reputation, innovation and strong multi-stakeholder partnerships in organizations in the design and redesign building stage. Amongst the highlights of my career are partnerships with the Brazilian Ministries of Social Security, Education, and Citizenship. These partnerships were key to the development and scale social of educational technologies that are now public policies reaching thousands of students, female beneficiaries of Bolsa Família, and Retirees.
