About Silvia Paquelet

For 15 years, I have been working in the ESG field on large-scale logistics and industrial projects, as well as in the nonprofit sector, focusing on positive impact initiatives in areas such as governance, forest restoration, microfinance, territorial development, and disaster recovery. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained expertise in Corporate and Social Governance Practices, Environmental and Social Management Systems, ESG Indicators, Participatory Socioeconomic Diagnostics, and Integrated Territorial Management. My work is characterized by a systemic vision of projects and their contexts, as well as a management approach centered on tracking process and outcome indicators, always aiming to add value to the project or generate positive impacts on the regions involved. I have experience in group facilitation, leading multifunctional teams, stakeholder engagement, managing complex projects, strategic planning, coordinating multistakeholder governance forums, designing and implementing socioeconomic projects, and building and monitoring ESG indicators.
