I am a bioarchaeologist with a background in stable isotopes and proteomics (dental calculus, ZooMS). With my PhD, I have specialised in the stable isotope analysis of amino acids of human and animal collagen and plant proteins, which I have applied to reconstruct diet at AD 79 Herculaneum.
