As a passionate and experienced healthcare and social care professional, I bring over a decade of hands-on expertise across diverse care settings – from intensive clinical environments to complex community-based support systems. My career has spanned Slovakia, Australia and the UK, combining nursing, elderly and dementia care, social work, and medical service coordination. Currently, I serve as a Medical Services Manager at Diagnose.me, where I oversee international medical consultations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and world-class specialists. In this role, I am also responsible for onboarding new specialists, managing the medical services pathway, and overseeing process efficiency and service delivery. I continue supporting clients through Customer Support, a position I’ve held for over four years, helping bridge the gap between expert medical opinions and client understanding. My earlier professional path in the UK included serving as a Senior Social Worker at Bristol City Council, focusing on safeguarding vulnerable individuals and acting as a Best Interest Assessor. Prior to that, I worked as a Senior Nursing Care Assistant at St Monica Trust, delivering high-level care in both nursing homes and home care settings. These roles sharpened my abilities to combine compassion with professional decision-making under pressure. My clinical foundation began in intensive care nursing at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NÚSCH) in Bratislava, where I developed critical skills in acute patient care, teamwork, and resilience. After University, I expanded my scope by undertaking a psychotherapeutic training program in Prague, which deepened my understanding of mental health, psychodynamics, and the therapeutic relationship. This complemented my holistic, person-centred approach to care. I am driven by empathy, professionalism, and the belief that quality care must address both physical and emotional dimensions. With strong communication skills, international insight, and a blend of clinical and social knowledge, I strive to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients, families, and professionals alike.
