A results-driven Project Manager with a diverse background in aerospace engineering, flight testing, and real estate. With over two decades of experience, I have consistently demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in dynamic and high-pressure environments. As Co-Founder of O&L Properties, I lead efforts in marketing, acquisitions, remodeling, and sales, helping homeowners maximize equity or expedite transactions. At Bell Helicopter, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert for HUMS, I've led certification projects, and directed flight test operations for advanced platforms like the Bell-Boeing V-22. My career began in the United States Marine Corps, where I supported direct combat operations in Iraq as a UH-1N Crew Chief, logging over 700 flight hours in this platform and leading maintenance teams in challenging conditions. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and expertise in project planning, execution, and technical tools, I bring a strategic and results-oriented approach to every endeavor.
