About Silvio Raij

Silvio is a Mindfulness expert, Ontological Coach, Leadership Consultant and Speaker. His passion has always been working with individuals and teams to facilitate their transformational process and generate professional and human growth. His main focus is on Leadership Development, Coaching and Mindfulness. For more than 14 years, he has traveled delivering courses, seminars and conferences in America, Europe and Asia. Silvio has delivered both open enrollment and in-house Self Managing Leadership Programs in companies like Banco Santander Rio, Telefónica Brasil, Unilever, Grupo Marfrig, Everis. During the last two years he delivered the “Ignite the Spirit” program with AkzoNobel to over 400 people in Uruguay, Argentina and Bolivia. For over 10 years, Silvio has been sharing his knowledge as a professor of design and audiovisual production at the School of Communication and Design of the ORT University in Uruguay. Silvio runs his own Consultancy Company Silvio Raij: Coaching, Leadership Development and Mindfulness. He is the author of three books:"Coaching para el Alma","Full Stop" and "Mindfulness",all of them, published by Planeta Argentina. He is a acredited MBSR Mindfulness Teacher Level 1 from Brown University, Rhode Island, USA. He has been certified as Coach by Newfield Network, Chile He was trained in Appreciative Inquiry by David Cooperider. He is certified in VIVO, Living Values in Organizations Program.
