Maintain to have a great relation with agents and airlines. I was working for more than 3 years at Via.com Indonesia as Ticketing and Customer Service Supervisor. I help my team to reach their goals to give B2B and B2C the best travel experience and maintain great business relation with B2B and B2C to solve their problems about airlines, hotel, train and insurance by supervising and making customer service strategies with helped of Quality Analyst and learning about customer service quality. Responsible to reducing abandon or bad rate call, chat and email. Maintain the good relationship with B2B partner and B2C customers. I am currently working at AD Time as Service Center Manager.
