About Silviu Major

Your top performers are drowning in low-level inquiries. Meanwhile, your competitors are pulling ahead with AI you haven't implemented yet.I'm Silviu Major, founder of Fiveleaf Ltd. For over 8 years, I've helped service businesses transform their operations through system automation and conversational AI.I focus on three things: conversational AI for customer service, tech support and sales, CRM integration and workflow automation, and strategic AI implementation that actually delivers. Most AI vendors sell you a tool and disappear. I built this company to embed itself in your business like your own internal expert. We understand your processes, map your workflows, and build solutions that integrate with your existing tech stack, not give you another platform your team has to learn. The results speak for themselves:• 500% ROI in the first month for Hey!Broadband• 30% of customer conversations fully automated• 20-50% reduction in Customer Service burdenHere's how it works: Discovery to understand your pain points. Bespoke demo showing exactly what AI looks like in YOUR business. Implementation in 2-3 months. Then ongoing optimisation, because AI should get better over time, not sit static. If you're an operations leader at a service business (broadband, energy, utilities) dealing with thousands of customer conversations monthly, let's talk. silviu.major@fiveleaf.co.uk fiveleaf.co.uk London, UK
