I shape the ACI Payment Orchestration Platform for outside world. Best in class. I take customer feedback very seriously and drive evolution of selected products to market. We live in a world where you need to keep rhythm with the upcoming compliance requirements driven by card networks and global regulators. I continuously refine and extend the products to stay compliant ahead of the game. Product owning a PaaS is the coolest responsibility. Security is more important than ever and offering secure micro-services in a simplistic way is challenging. But nothing will stand vertical if I do not say NFRs are the utmost important activities for us. NFRs are part of our dynamic product roadmap and continuously adjusted to stay ahead of ecommerce increased demands. Platform availability is really number one priority without which our customers will not be able to maintain or grow their businesses. Product scalability, stability and capacity are all next to keeping the ecommerce platform highly available and competitive. The platform is monthly end-to-end load tested to simulate traffic changing conditions, from acquirers delays in processing to payments workflows. Do I consider cloud an attractive offer? I like PaaS / SaaS products more than on premise products. I play daily with the product, I feel more empowered to quickly inspect new ideas and pilot them with our PSPs and direct merchants. Do I value curiosity? I partner with the development squads to maximize the improvement of NFRs or deliver out of the box product solutions. I value diversity of their thoughts. Am I data driven? I rely on data using business intelligence tools to guide on future product decisions. I prefer them over complex and expensive processes. Do I seek feedback? I constantly give and receive product feedback and prefer to share input as early in the process as possible to minimize cost of change. What strategic products do I value the most today? ° #accountupdater in real-time with card networks. The payments with tokenized cards avoid unnecessary friction with end consumers when they are automatically updated. ° smart #routing with local / global acquirers. Failed payments turn into successful payments when smartly retried with fallback acquirers. Conversion payment rates go significantly up when PSPs and merchants do have the capability to process via multiple acquirers. ° #tokenization with major card networks. The merchant is set for the future. As new technologies emerge, the use of network tokens can adapt and remain relevant.
