I currently work part-time at Cohere as a Data Quality Analyst. I have been instrumental in optimizing chatbot performance by analyzing and evaluating chatbot responses to enhance the model's accuracy and effectiveness. I am well-versed in monitoring and analyzing data architecture, including CRM and SharePoint, to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance. Before Cohere, I was working as a Data Analyst at Chatter by Stingray, where I developed and implemented data management strategies and systems to optimize data quality and support evidence-based decision-making. I have a strong command of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL, enabling me to generate reports, create visualizations, and extract valuable insights for stakeholders. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology stakeholders. My proficiency in SQL, Python, and various data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Tableau, has allowed me to manipulate and analyze data effectively, derive meaningful insights, and present them in a visually compelling manner. I am passionate about climate change and its consequences on the world that we live in. I enjoy reading non-fiction books and articles.
