I currently lead the Financial Institutions Europe team at HSBC Global Trade Solutions (GTS). In this role, I manage a skilled team of Senior and Junior Sales Managers focused on expanding and optimizing the GTS portfolio across a diverse range of clients and sectors. My expertise in business strategy, core and structured trade, portfolio management, and international sales enables me to craft innovative, bespoke solutions that address our clients' specific needs and goals. I play a key role in shaping both the global GTS strategy and the regional and local business plans. Committed to driving sustainable and inclusive growth in trade finance, I also prioritize enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. I thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, actively engaging with clients and leveraging opportunities to learn from and share best practices with colleagues and stakeholders throughout the HSBC network.
