With over 14 years of experience in the marketing field, I am a passionate and results-oriented business marketing manager at Philips, where I lead the marketing planning and strategy for the ultrasound business in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. I am motivated by the mission of improving people's lives through meaningful innovation, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from working with different brands, markets, and channels. In my current role, I drive the business strategy creation and execution for the ultrasound business in the market, ensuring that the business performance is delivered according to the key performance indicators. I develop local go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion, to drive profitable growth, in line with quality and regulatory requirements. I also contribute to the development of new channels, including digital, and optimize the existing channel mix, linking to the sales plans. Additionally, I provide local insights about the market, competition, and trends to the business, and execute new product introductions, key opinion leader management, and communication strategies. Through my work, I have successfully built and maintained strong relationships with internal and external partners, and supported the growth and development of the ultrasound business in the region.
