I have over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, hiring for insurance, F&A, Banking,Tech Hiring and linguistic positions across verticals and levels. In my current and previous roles, I have successfully sourced, screened, interviewed, assessed, coordinated, negotiated, and engaged with candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient hiring experience. I have also built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing them with timely and relevant feedback.
