About Simina Deftu

I am a persistent, ambitious person and I like to learn as many things as possible. I am that person who asks "why?" where others put only the dot. I am a curious person and, for the most part, a self-taught spirit. Most of all, I like to learn new things, so in the 6 years of working in the field of telecommunications, I had the opportunity to develop this desire for continuous knowledge. Considering that we live in an era of technology and continuous digital development, you can never say that you know them all because something new always appears. During all this time, besides the technical part, of course, I learned how to be patient with the person in front of me or on the phone, how to develop both my critical and observant spirit, to understand the typologies and needs of people with who I interact and to learn to speak in anyone's "language", for making myself understood. I believe that the key factor in this field is communication with the person to whom you are either selling a product, or a benefit, or even just a smile.
