I am a professional with 3 years of experience in HR and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and managing onboarding and offboarding. My expertise also spans supporting various HR functions including employee benefits, employment law, training and development, labor and employee relations, and HRIS management. But for me, HR is more than just a job—it’s a calling. I didn’t choose HR for the career path alone; I chose it because people truly matter to me. I believe that a healthy workplace is not just about productivity—it’s about creating an environment where individuals feel seen, heard, supported, and celebrated. I am driven by values of empathy, integrity, service, and growth, all of which align seamlessly with the core principles of human resources.
