I started my professional life as R&D Engineer in Arçelik A.Ş between I switched to CRM and Business Development during my masters degree in Industrial Engineering and worked in Yapı Kredi and Koçtaş (Kingfisher Joint Venture) respectively. In Koçtaş, I built the CRM team, developed Koçtaş Card program according to Paro system and realized it. I took an active role at Koç Council which had the duty of setting the CRM strategies for the whole group companies. I was selected for Kingfisher Talent Group and been nominated for award with the Koçtaş Card program which had reached 2 million in 2 years. After having an 8 month experience at Directcomm company as consultant, I recently have worked at many projects in freelance. I have a lot of experience in CRM, strategy development, direct marketing, e-commerce and web based projects. After German Highschool, I have graduated Mechanical Engineering at Bosphorus University and had a masters degree in Industrial Engineering at Marmara University.
