About Simo Brada

With over 30 years of medical experience, I am a hematologist and oncologist at Gesundheit-Burgenland, Klinik Oberwart, a major health care provider in Burgenland, Austria. I have a Ph.D. in Medicine from the State University of Groningen, and I am an expert in hematology, and in palliative care, a field that I am passionate about. I am also experienced in oncology and in internal medicine in various settings, covering temporary positions and providing quality care to patients. I have skills in medical education, internal medicine, and public health with emphasis on patient safety, and I am fluent in English, French, and German. My core competencies include diagnosing and treating blood disorders and cancers, managing pain and symptoms, communicating with patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. My mission is to improve the quality of life and well-being of my patients, and to advance the knowledge and practice of hematology and oncology.
