About Simo Krucker

Hi, my name is Simo,(as in "see-mo") Motivated by a lifelong interest in people and systems, I began my career in tech as an IBM apprentice and later earned a bachelor's in Digital Business Management, focusing on business innovation and user experience. In the past years, I have explored how different areas of business connect and influence one another: From Systems Engineering and IoT, to HR and Marketing, I was curious to see it all! Along the way, I realized that I thrive most at the intersections, where strategy, people, and digital solutions meet. This naturally led me to where I am today. I see my role as a Product Owner in the IT & Automation space in blending user experience and cross-functional collaboration with low-code development to shape digital transformation. My role is not just about building tools, but ensuring they generate value for people: The same people we put our trust into driving business. What excites me most are digital products that solve real problems, drive operational efficiency, cultures that understand the power of diversity, and teams on continuous learning paths. On a personal level, I’m passionate about diversity, equity, and community building. I have led LGBTQIA+ and intersectional inclusion initiatives, ran non-profit international events, and taught dance classes.
