Highly accomplished, result-driven Project Manager with around thirty (30) years of working experience in - Project Management - Electrical Engineering in (Automation for Smart Building and Industry) WHAT CAN I DO? Skilled in overseeing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project activities and consistently showcasing proficiency in such tasks- Adept at planning, directing and maintaining continuous operations in various departments. Experienced in directing manufacturing employees and keeping efficient production in accordance with quality standards. Key Roles:(ESI Malta - Engineering for Science and Industry)- Responsible for organizing and ensuring tasks are completed within the assigned timeframe, anticipating client delays, and informing the team of any changes in client needs- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget- Provide a variety of project management and consulting services in such areas as data analysis, reporting, and research including evaluation of software tools, new technologies, and process requirements- Responsible for preventing potential issues, maintaining control, and being adaptable, particularly in cases of scope creep, which can impact budget and timely delivery- Prioritize budget management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and transparently while maintaining cost efficiency to ensure clients are aware of their budgetary expectations- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, coordinate activities to align with project objectives, determine the need for external consultants or contractors, maintain client relationships, support open communication, and evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness.
