About Simon Abramson

Simon's approach to therapy and wellness is collaborative, relational, and rooted in the earth. Working from a holistic perspective, Simon supports clients in making positive change and creating more peace in their lives. With more than a decade of experience working closely with transformative nature programming for youth and adults, he sees nature as a valuable ally in the healing process. Simon received a B.S. from the University of Vermont where he focused on exploring the relationship between a healthy human psyche and a vibrant natural world. He has more than a decade of experience creating and overseeing transformative nature experiences with Wild Earth. He has ten years’ experience facilitating men’s groups and men’s training weekends with the ManKind Project where he is a Leader in Training. In addition to clinical studies, Simon has been a longtime student of yoga and meditation. He received his yoga teacher certification in India where he studied traditional ashtanga and hatha yoga. He also trained in two cohorts with the Elat Chayyim Advanced Meditation Program. He believes that mindfulness and our embodiment can play a central role in our self-discovery.
