A dynamic Leader with 20+ years of overall experience with about 18 years in BFSI sector, with proven Product/Application Design, delivery leadership, communication and organization skills- At present working in WM Technology & Solution, RBC Canada as Principle Solution Architect. In this role my primary responsibility includes Solution/Design/Integration/Roadmap/Vendor Product Assessments for CRM (ClientView) capability in CWM/USWM as well as Solution/Design/Integration/Vendor Product Assessments for key WM projects such as COB, ART (Account Range Transformation), and regulatory projects (CDIC - Bill C74, AML, IIROC, TMX CDS, Client Focused Reforms) etc. I also responsible for the design and delivery CVIS (ClientView Integration Service) application as common reusable webservice platform (RESTful) deployed in RBC PCF Cloud for both CWM/USWM CRM capability to RBC Internal/External consumers via Apigee (API Gateway). I also co-ordinate with Enterprise T&O to identify one common platform for Document Vault, eSign (OneSpan), UCI (Unique Client Identifier) using CDM PME (IBM MDM Probabilistic Matching Engine) in various CWM initiatives. Currently doing Lead Architect role in key WMC initiative’s such as CDIC, AML, CFR and in key WMAsia initiatives such as WMA-Digital Client Engagement, Core Re-platform (Digital Banking), WMA-Sales Enablement- In my role I used to guide development team with Architecture Principles/Guidelines & Best Practices to improve timely & quality delivery- Previously associated with Intellect Design Arena Ltd.(IDAL), for 15 years in various capacity in Architecture and software delivery under banking domain. Managing Solution/Design/Integration/Implementation for large banks (BMO, CIBC) in Canada and other global implementation (Citibank, DBS, JPMC, Shinsei Bank, BIDV) under Intellect Global Transaction Banking (iGTB) vertical- Played various key Delivery roles such as Solution Architect, Product/Application Delivery Head, and Project Lead etc- Strong experience in Delivering Software Solutions, Application/Product Development, System Integration, Business Process/Re-engineering and Business Development- Excellent skills in Software Design, Integration and Development across various banking domains such as Core Banking, Wealth Management, Online Banking, CRM etc- Proficient in handling vendor management, SLA management.
