As a Statewide Procurement Manager for the State of Arizona, Simon uses his strong organizational and communication skills to prepare high-quality solicitations, manage multiple contracts, evaluate solicitation responses, negotiate with suppliers, conduct Debar and Exclude background searches, and process department purchase requisitions. His goal is to achieve a professional certification in public-sector procurement. Simon is a member of both the local and national chapters of NIGP, The Institute for Public Procurement.
