I am a results-oriented, dedicated and dynamic leader with a successful track record managing IT support and service desk functions for fast-paced businesses. Over the course of my career I have developed a comprehensive understanding of IT best practices, compliance, continuous improvement, software/hardware deployment and user support. As a result I am able to solve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner, lead high performance teams and upgrade existing systems to meet changing business needs. Setting clear objectives and SLAs, I drive efficiency without compromising on the quality of service delivery. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I can lead, develop and collaborate with cross-functional employees. I champion professional development and encourage junior colleagues to engage in mentoring and coaching opportunities, to realise their personal and professional goals. Outside of work I enjoy a range of outdoor pursuits including coaching archery and running half marathons.
