About Simon Baggerman

I love people. Through collaboration and encouragement I want them to use their unique identity and skill-set so they can live a purposeful and satisfactory life, both inside and outside of the workplace. But I also love business. To make powerful contributions, through development and improvement of processes and people, towards economical, social and environmental sustainability. You can call me a visionary. An entrepreneur. A developer. A networker. A learner. Creative. Someone that connects the dots. But you won't be able to call me selfish. Or greedy. But if you describe me as genuine, straightforward, passionate, inspirational, wise or generous, then you've just used a word that I consider an honor. Finally, I love environments where I can develop and be myself so I can utilize my own potential. A typical environment is one with a moderate to high level of challenge and complexity and where I can use my (intercultural) people skills. Where there’s a goal but also a certain freedom in how to achieve that goal. Often I’ve found this type of environment in larger projects or in different forms of business development, but certainly also in the coaching of individuals, whether being a student or a CEO.
