Clients who require this usually understand that they have objectives but require support with- A beginner’s mind and unbiased research methods that provide accurate and ethical findings - working, potentially leading individuals and teams to bring out the best of a working partnership - a skilfully designed and crafted ideation process that leads to various working prototypes - managing time, cost and briefs to keep work on track - using persuasive nudges to encourage an ethical change of habit - implementing and deploying solutions with accuracy - optimising and ongoing project management I work predominantly as a brand strategist and human-centred designer, but also as a business marketer and thought leader. With over 30 years of experience, I have found that the process of human-centred design can be implemented in any sector or industry by using tried and tested methods. Using research methods that go far beyond data collecting and bias-led assumptions, I have successfully led projects for some of the world’s leading organisations both in the public and private sectors. I am used to dealing with brands that are already thriving and those wishing to improve or change their offering, increase revenue, launch startups, absorb newly acquired businesses or even restore a previously well-respected brand that has become tired.
