About Simon Bahar

I have more than 25+ years of experience in the IT Industry. During this time, leading a number of large transformations, I have acquired a wide-ranging experience in various technologies, processes and business challenges. My strength is end-to-end and technical solutions, spanning several areas such as Infrastructure, security, IT operation, and processes. With a strategic and analytic way of thinking where focus is on the business needs. I understand the interaction and how to solve problems related to business requirements as well as how to build and give priority to cost effective solutions. Currently I work as Chief architect. In the role, it includes setting strategic directions for the outsourced account, ensuring an optimal IT environment and a cost effective operation. I work closely with the top IT management both within Kyndryl and with the client and act as an advisor on strategical and technical decisions. I’m structured, with experience in method based architecture and project execution. Striving to find high quality solutions that meet and exceed expectations and add value to the customer’s IT solutions. I’m perceived as a good team player, a creative problem solver and enjoy responsibility and challenging tasks. My previous international working experience has given me useful skills in communication in English and in international leadership, with the ability to explain complex technical problems and solutions to an audience, no matter what background and skills it has
