Hi - Simon here. I am an Author, Podcaster & International Keynote Speaker on creativity, innovation & design & recovering artist. I work with large organisations & teams to innovate & design great solutions to big problems. How? Through embracing modern ways of working reigniting the essential 21st-century skills of imagination, creativity, fresh thinking & curiosity. I use my creative background across all my work including co-designing strategies, rapidly bringing ideas to life, helping organisations simplify complex problems & communicate ideas & stories in a way people can connect with. Creativity; our ability to connect the dots in different ways & think differently has NEVER been more needed. Our ability to imagine new ideas & design new solutions at pace is at the heart of navigating the most curious landscape we are in. The great news is that this is what humans are designed to do. In my 20-year career at the intersection of creativity & design, people & innovation, I found that there are some key problems that organisations face. These are: ⏩. People feel they are not ‘creative’ which means…. ⏩. Great ideas/potential get lost as we get stuck in same/same thinking ⏩. Anything to do with Innovation can be put on the 'hard to do' list To solve this, I have designed programs that help organisations discover. That people ARE creative & will succeed as they develop their creative confidence Through building creative skills & seeing the results, teams turbocharge their ability to make a difference.
