About Simon Beavis

I am a motivated, people passionate Rehabilitation consultant with 3 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and 4 years experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in Clinical rehabilitation. I have experience and successful outcomes in a range of schemes including WorkCover QLD, multiple State and Federal Government departments, Life Insurance and CTP, as well as building relationships and caseloads in in rural and urban regions. I have been part of No.1 ranked team in the company nationwide, been the recipient of a Umbrella group quarterly award, lead and developed small teams, and been published as a clinical lead and collator on a student led inter-professional practice paper. My personal experience with chronic pain, my clinical placements and education at QUT, and career so far have shown me the exceptional value that exercise can have in pain management, function and client outcomes. I wish to share this knowledge with others. I have a specific, personal interest in lower back pain however had many meaningful experiences assisting clients with a wide spectrum of neurological, physical and chronic conditions to improve their quality of life and achieve their goals, however big or small. I also pride myself on caring for myself and those around me, encouraging self development and growth, personally and professionally, and assisting those within my circle get to the top of their mountain, whatever that may be.
