Career driven perfectionist that demands the best possible performance and results in everything I do"​.is a statement that I have lived my life by. Stemming from my previous career as a professional international classical ballet dancer I had to make the hard decision of longevity in an industry that rarely sustains you past your mid 30's. I needed to find a new challenge that would allow me to 'be on stage', be creative and to interact with people. This opportunity presented itself to me in the form of the Ritz Carlton Double Bay where I was able to interact with the likes of rock stars and royalty to local celebrities. This opened doors to the corporate world and a move to the Sheraton on the Park where I commenced a 10 year Starwood career parking cars on the driveway and ending with the Rooms Division Manager tittle.(including the opportunity to be part of the pre opening team for the new Four Points by Sheraton Port Macquarie). This developed a love of operations and openings and proceeded to a further 6 openings throughout my career. Over my 29 years in the hospitality industry reaching roles of General Manager both at home and abroad, I had gained a wealth of knowledge and skills through working across all areas of the operation. Looking forward into the future to the ever diversifying landscape that is the hospitality industry and all the exciting challenges that come with it.
