I’ve spent over 15 years as a customer service professional, making things better for people, with three years in management roles. I’m a great listener and strive to turn detractors into promoters. I like to keep things positive, but am also willing to question the “why” in an effort to seek out a more innovative and efficient way forward. I’m a natural leader, highly principled and always see the world through an empathetic and compassionate lens.
