With over 8 years of experience in the technology sector, as an individual contributor and people leader, I have advised, helped, and supported my customers in their journey to leverage opportunities offered by technology, foster innovation, and drive business growth. I have consistently exceeded my sales targets, acquired new customers, retained them, and forged strong partnerships with the IT industry leaders. In 2021, I received the Jone Panavas Leadership Award at Softchoice for my leadership skills. I strongly believe that sales, as a discipline, is more than achieving quotas, but creating meaningful partnerships by understanding and solving key business challenges. I have developed a growth mindset over the years, leveraging any opportunities to learn and keep up with the pace of innovations. I am currently enrolled in an Executive Development Course at McGill University to further enhance my business administration and management skills. I am thriving in diverse and multi-cultural environments where different skills and backgrounds are gathered to achieve a common goal. I am also bilingual in French and English, fluent in Spanish.
