I am a highly experienced Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Technical Services Manager with +30 years in the coal, gold, copper, lead and zinc mining and processing industry. My expertise covers the design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, optimisation and expansion of large minerals processing and beneficiation plants. As such, I am highly skilled in leading and developing large teams through the creation, implementation and continuous improvement of O&M, HSE, engineering, logistics and contracts management plans, systems and strategies to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery of production targets. And my value proposition extends to full lifecycle project management of optimisation, de-bottlenecking and expansion projects.
