Acknowledged as a commercial rainmaker, corporate strategist, creative problem-solver, and committed people-builder, I navigate volatile and ambiguous scenarios to ensure beneficial outcomes, applying an agile leadership style and command presence to secure buy-in from project teams striving to surpass an agreed set of objectives as highlighted below: Launched a MarComs company from the initiation phase to one with global impact and significant profitability that was sold to a worldwide diversified consulting group. Headed greenfield development of new markets/sectors in established and emerging markets worldwide, delivering immediate impact and sustainable long-term revenue flows. Led multiple regional transformation programs, turning losses to profits by rightsizing headcount, terminating marginal contracts, and consolidating country offices into centralised locations. Built a portfolio of career success over the past two decades, dominating markets with outstanding business development and service delivery across Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East. Relishing the opportunity to strategically conceptualise frameworks, roadmaps, and initiatives that unleash genuine potential, I have contributed as a Board Member with the University of Leeds School of Politics & International Studies, Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, New Philanthropy Capital, and Champollion.
