Nov 2021 - to date - Hargreaves Lansdown - Workday Technical Lead. Oct 2014 to Nov 2021 - I worked in the Workday implementation and support team in ROCKWOOL IT. My main responsibilities were as Integration, Absence and Reporting Consultant. Following go live in Jan 2015 I have been configuring the authentication setup using SAML for desktop and mobile. My role included performing all manner of EIB data loads and monitoring all scheduled integrations. In 2016 I took the additional role of Absence configuration which was rolled out to 30 countries. I gained Workday Pro accreditation for Security, HCM Core, Integrations, Reporting and Absence. I also configured a Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) integration for the global Payroll integration project. 2013 to Oct 2014 - Working as part of the ROCKWOOL Group IT organisation, support consultant for Master Data loads to the SAP business system, support consultant for the Scandinavia SAP-HR master data and payroll system, the associated ProMark time and attendance system and deputise for the update.seven CRM system support consultant. 2012 to 2013 - Support for a divisional SAP rollout project at the Hengoed site of Kautex Textron CVS. Work included migration of MSSQL server applications to 2008 R2, provision of C#.Net applications using Visual Studio, co-ordination of rollout of RF terminals and printers for the site. 1992 to 2011 - Support and development of financial systems on the Bosch Cardiff site including Payroll (AS/400 UNIPAY). 1998 - Part of a small team that implemented of SAP FI & CO for the site and later migrated all systems to a divisional SAP system. 2001 - Part of a small team to implement SAP Personnel Administration and Time Administration with an interface to AS/400 payroll (UNIPAY) Throughout my time with Bosch I have been responsible for the development and support of interfaces between the financial systems.
