As a highly skilled leader in Commercial and Sales Management within the Irish Beauty industry, I have an in-depth understanding of both the Beauty and Pharmacy markets and an unrivalled wealth of contacts. I have a considerable insight into both the intricacies of the Beauty/Pharmacy business and the challenges it faces. My unique selling points are my commercial awareness, market intelligence, intimate understanding of the workings of the business and an expansive skill set, which coupled with my passion and entrepreneurial mindset, give me the tools I need to drive forward and add value to any business. As a manager for the Pharmacy sales channel in Ireland with a multi principal portfolio my responsibilities include client management, P&L, budget management and performance reporting, market research and analysis, strategic management and people management. In 2011, I won the Francois Coty award for outstanding contribution to the Coty Ireland business. I am a Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist accredited by the UK Fragrance Foundation (FiFi) A keen offshore sailor, I have completed many long distance classics including two Round Ireland races. I have also earned my Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and in 2015 I won the much coveted Spirit of ISORA award (Irish Sea Offshore Racing Association). I also write a regular sailing blog on the ISORA website. As a noted after dinner speaker I regularly speak at events and dinners. A former player and coach, I remain an avid rugby supporter and attend many Munster and Ireland games, particularly Munster Champions Cup clashes both home and away.
