I am a senior finance executive with over 30 years’ experience most of which has been with major Australian corporates (with exposure to ecommerce and postal services, staffing services, agricultural commodity, financial services and retail businesses). My experience includes: • Corporate accounting and financial control including all aspects of financial reporting and business planning (including preparation of statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial models); • Significant treasury and taxation management including refinancing of bank debt facilities and capital raisings; • Extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Boards, banks, investors & analysts); • Due diligence, completion, and integration in substantial mergers and acquisitions; and • Developing and sustaining high performing finance teams including recruitment, retention and people development.
