Led the strategy & purpose-led repositioning of the Sugru brand around the sustainability & repair movements, developing mission-relevant brand narrative, content, advertising, and partnerships. Built 10 in-house & agency teams from the ground up, introducing design thinking & new methodologies adapted to the organisation, developing talent and creating innovative models. Repositioned the Clean & Clear brand, including insights, a future-proofed brand architecture, a brand strategy and physical and digital experience for a global audience across 60+ countries. Led insights, audience strategy, and integrated campaign, including partnerships & community-building content targeting an 80 million disabled community, repair community, & creative & gamers audiences at Beiersdorf on the Sugru Brand. Designed & launched 170+ brands and 1700+ products, including design innovation, identity, naming and brand experience design at Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Target, Estée Lauder, Aveda & DKNY. Produced the first-ever brand film, storytelling content & campaign for SistahSpace, a UK-based African and Caribbean Domestic Abuse charity.
