I’m a National Account Manager with 14+ years of experience in medical device sales across New Zealand’s public and private health sectors. I specialise in pharmacy automation, surgical, anaesthetic, and imaging solutions - from consumables to capital equipment. I’ve consistently exceeded sales targets, built strong client relationships, and delivered high-value contracts that drive real results in healthcare. I’ve built strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and C-suite leaders throughout my career. I’m proud to have consistently exceeded sales targets, secured multimillion-dollar contracts, and contribute to game changing technology with the market space. At Becton Dickinson, I manage national accounts for BD ROWA Pharmacy Robots and Pyxis Automated Dispensing Cabinets. In FY23, I exceeded my sales target by 130% and helped secure an $8M contract that protected our market share. Currently managing and contributing to a multi million pipeline for automation. Before this, I led national Imaging & Surgical sales at Getz Healthcare, delivered in-theatre device training, and drove double-digit growth year-on-year. My earlier roles at Surgico and in UK healthcare recruitment sharpened my sales and client service skills, while my foundation in nursing and military healthcare has shaped my understanding of clinical environments and how to support them. My clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse and military leadership experience as a Health Liaison Officer (Captain) in Iraq gives me a unique understanding of clinical environments, operations under pressure, and the power of strong stakeholder collaboration.
