Currently serving as Strategic Planning Partner at The Salvation Army Australia, my mission is to work in tandem with the National Executive Team, guiding long-term strategic visions and transformative initiatives that echo the organization's values. My role allows me to infuse diverse perspectives into our strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and purpose-driven leadership. My most recent role at The Salvation Army has been a testament to my ability to collaborate with Senior-level executives in shaping the future of a diverse and complex organisation. Here, I am responsible for developing strategic investments and leading major transformation initiatives. I am passionate about empowering the next generation of health sector leaders through my role in lecturing subjects for masters level courses at Latrobe university imparting knowledge and practical skills in systems thinking and healthcare systems.
