My responsibilities are- Managing and developing highly experienced specialists in a cross organizational department- Managing OPEX for the department- Supporting TT, End-To-End, Sterile/Non-Sterile Productions, RA, Quality, Customers, Global network, PM etc. Previous role: Team Leader for a Downstream Purification department. My responsibilities were- Managing and developing operators in a 24/7 365 production- Ensuring that the production runs as intended - Ensuring that production goals are met. Previous role: Purification Specialist for a Downstream Purification department. My responsibilities were: • Quality Cases: Deviations, Change Requests, CAPA, Validations, VMP etc. • Troubleshooting in production. • Presenter during Audits • Optimizing the production lines, which consisted of the following Unit Operations: Centrifugation, ion exchange columns, frame filtration, Nanofiltration, Crystallization, Vacuum filtration, HPLCs, Vacuum dryer and amongst other.
