About Simon Clark

Experienced commercial lead with extensive knowledge of agency trading and investment with a focus on proprietary media, inventory trading and barter. Having worked in both Strategic and Implemental roles across various networks, I have over 15 years’ experience in delivering for clients, agencies and media partners. The various roles have required close collaboration with trading arms, as well as SLT’s, Business Directors and Heads of Trading across the other network agencies. Critical to growth is always the expansion of existing, and adoption of new, clients to agency services, so pitching, finance, legal and compliance are all areas I have extensive experience of. I am passionate about commercial innovation and the growth opportunities within key areas of digital, E-Comms and AI. I have worked closely with digital agencies, tasked with exploration and development of opportunities and models that achieved value for our clients and partners. I believe people are at the heart of our business and I am a certified Mental Health First Aider. Working with Camden and Islington NHS Trust I was central to the team who develop IPG's HR policy on Mental Health and I care deeply about mental health and wellbeing in our industry for the benefit of the individual and the business.
